Your data, in short
- We use what you send only to contact you, arrange and remind you of your appointment, and answer your questions.
- Health details are optional. If you include them, only the staff handling bookings see them on the website, and they are kept confidential like a medical record.
- Your request is moved from the website to the clinic’s own system and deleted from the website straight away, or automatically after 7 days at the latest.
- We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising. The website uses Google Analytics for anonymous visit statistics.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by message or by email. We reply within 72 working hours.
