I came to traditional medicine because it looks at a person as a whole: back pain sometimes starts in the foot, in poor sleep, or in a worry that has gone on for a long time. Applied Kinesiology gives me one more way to “ask” the body, through the responses of the muscles and the nervous system, so that I can find the right place to work on instead of only easing the symptoms.

With every patient, I take time to listen, to explain why they are in pain, and to choose a suitable treatment together. When people understand their own bodies, their recovery also lasts longer.

Dr. Dinh Ngoc Duc

Conditions he commonly treats

About 6 in every 10 patients are assessed and treated for nutrition and micronutrients or for the mind and nervous system, alongside musculoskeletal problems.

Nutrition & micronutrientsLong-lasting tiredness, fatigue, micronutrient deficiencies (magnesium, calcium, B vitamins, vitamins C and D…). The muscle’s response to each nutrient is tested so that you supplement exactly what your body is short of, together with changes to eating and digestion.
Mind & nervous systemStress, anxiety, pent-up emotions; insomnia and broken sleep; headaches, dizziness and vestibular disorders; retained primitive reflexes that keep the body in a constant state of “alarm”.
Spine & postureLong-lasting back pain and neck pain; disc herniation and other disc problems, sciatica; scoliosis, a tilted pelvis, a difference in leg length.
Joints & peripheral nervesJoint pain, knee osteoarthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, numbness and nerve compression, peripheral facial palsy.
Other conditionsRhinitis and sinusitis, allergies, stomach problems and acid reflux, menstrual disorders.
